General Rule
Refunds are applicable only as per the cancellation terms mentioned in your booking confirmation. Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable.Customer-Initiated Cancellation
30 days or more before departure/event date → 80% refund of amount paid.
15–29 days before departure/event date → 50% refund of amount paid.
Less than 15 days before departure/event date → No refund.
Golimits-Initiated Cancellation
If Golimits cancels a service/event due to operational reasons, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule/receive credit for future use.Refund Processing Time
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days from the cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment.
Non-Refundable Services
Visa fees, travel insurance, and government taxes are non-refundable.
No refund will be provided for unused services, “no-shows,” or last-minute cancellations.
